My good friend, the lovely and infamous Josie Harrison-Marks recently returned to the scene, and my other good friend, the fabulous John Watts, has been helping her with content. Josie and me have amazingly never worked together before, or even played, apart from a bit of mucking around on a live stream for IntrinsicKink in Vegas in early September, but I said I would pop along to be involved with her shoot. John’s goal was to get some good high quality images for Josie and some ‘in action’ type shots of her spanking a naughty girl (moi as the victim), that he would work on in his unique way afterwards.

After a few test shots, we did the photos and on a whim we decided to shoot a few video clips too. I had bought along my pyjamas and a school uniform as Josie had asked, we very quickly concocted the scenarios, and I threw myself into the action as best I could. As I said, Josie had never spanked me before so I had no idea what to expect. But OMG I quickly when from having a nice easy day helping a friend with a few snaps, to “where’s the warm up, this is for real”! To make it worse, if my head isn’t prepared for being in a scene and I haven’t had at least ten minutes to get into character and her imagined backstory, I often naturally giggle in real life when I’m shocked or uncertain of where it will go with someone new. As this was on camera, and I hate stops and cuts, my normal reactions only served to make Josie spank me even harder for not taking her seriously. We did both laugh for real too at the end so there are some great blooper moments too!

The two films we shot, I worked on in post production and loved the fact they were shot portrait style initially for photos only. Once I saw the footage and dumped it into Premiere Pro it inspired me to produce two situational real life spanking movies, because essentially that’s what they were. I was probably a nightmare to room next to in Vegas and I had also bratted Josie a bit and been very sulky, so she probably had enough good reasons to spank me anyway, and in the scene we did there were ‘Five Good Reasons‘ too. The DSLR camera wasn’t initially set up to shoot film on the day, but as if by magic two films are now finished and will both be in my Spanking Library store already as in the case of ‘Five Good Reasons’, or soon as in the case of ‘Something Borrowed’.

I love improvising, not only in the moment as a spanking model, but also making the best out of filmed content and turning it into something that was never imagined when it began. Oh I know there are spanking film producers who script out lines and have the girls kicking and screaming in sync on cue, and it is done so real and looks so good for the millions who love this material on film, me included, but it’s not my preferred style for my own films. I can happily work that way too if I am unlikely to ever be asked to. It’s a bit like preferring the acting method of David Manet to Meisner or Stanislavski, they are all valid techniques but it depends on the time and effort you have to invest in what could just be a short clip that not many people will see. The one thing I think we all have in common as performers is the joy of making it up as we go along, and the golden moments that go wrong and you have to dig yourself out of a hole. This is why I love what I do and people who also make life up in the moment and don’t care how it looks!
